1. Electrical insulation performance: The rice cooker should have sufficient electrical insulation, and the insulation between its live parts and the metal shell should be able to withstand a withstand voltage test of 50Hz AC voltage (1500V cold state, 1000V hot state) for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover. The thermal insulation resistance should not be lower than 1MΩ.
2. Moisture test: The moisture test of the rice cooker should be conducted in a constant temperature and humidity chamber with a temperature of 40±2℃ and a relative humidity of 95±3%. After continuous storage for 48 hours without condensation, the moisture insulation resistance should not be lower than 0.5MΩ. The tidal withstand voltage should be able to withstand AC 1000V for 1 minute without breakdown or flashover.
3. Grounding resistance: The rice cooker should have a grounding wire, and the resistance from the end of the grounding wire to the exposed metal shell should not exceed 0.2Ω.
4. Temperature control performance: The temperature control components of the rice cooker should be able to accurately control the temperature, ensuring that the cooking temperature is effective at 103±2℃. The automatic insulation component should take effect when the rice is cooked and cooled to 65±5℃. The insulation components should still be able to function normally after 1000 hours at operating temperature.
5. Thermal efficiency: When tested indoors with an ambient air temperature of 23±5℃, the thermal efficiency of the rice cooker should not be less than 70%. The testing method shall be carried out according to the standard prescribed method.
6. Service life: When used at rated voltage, the service life of the rice cooker should not be less than 1000 hours.
7. Leakage current: The cold leakage current should not exceed 0.5mA, and the wet leakage current should not exceed 1mA.
In addition, there are certain requirements for the power deviation of the rice cooker, as well as the length, cross-sectional area, and color of the power cord. The appearance quality, electroplated parts, baking paint, and surface quality of enamel shell of the rice cooker should meet the standard requirements.
