Fusible sheet:
In order to ensure the safety of pressure cooker use and avoid the failure of the melting plate caused by material changes, even under normal use, the melting plate in the melting plate safety valve should be replaced every six months. The replacement method is as follows:
1. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the small screw plug.
2. Turn the lid of the pot upside down and lightly tap it on the table to shake off the melting plate.
3. Twist back the small screw plug.
Spring safety valve:
Spring safety valves have a long service life and generally do not need to be disassembled. For regular use, please also pull the lifting ring to ensure smooth operation. If it is indeed due to air leakage or failure, please disassemble, wash or replace it in the order shown in the diagram.
Place the pot lid upright, use tools or hands to unscrew the nut, then remove the lifting ring, and then remove the valve core and spring. After cleaning, reinstall them in the opposite order. Please be careful not to miss the paper pad.
Method for removing and replacing the sealing gasket of the float valve:
If the sealing gasket is damaged and leaks air, please replace it according to the following method:
Gently press the valve stem with one hand, then use the other hand to unscrew the nut counterclockwise, remove the damaged rubber ring, replace it with a new rubber bowl, and finally unscrew the screw plug clockwise.
Anti blocking cover:
To ensure the unobstructed opening of the anti blocking cover hole and the hygiene of the pressure cooker, the anti blocking cover should be removed for cleaning after each use. The method is as follows:
When removing the anti blocking cover, turn the outer cover of the anti blocking cover counterclockwise by 45 degrees to remove it.
2. After cleaning, simply reinstall the outer cover in a clockwise direction.
Attention should be paid to:
If the bottom of the pressure cooker is severely protruding, do not use it. Aging components can cause safety accidents. The service life of aluminum alloy pressure cookers is 8 years, and that of stainless steel pressure cookers is 10 years.
